Curry Sauce 

  • Grilled Chicken
  • salt/pepper
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 T curry powder
  • 2 T all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 4-6 ounce
  1. Melt butter
  2. Stir in curry; cook for 1-2 minutes
  3. Blend in flour, salt & pepper
  4. Add milk all at once
  5. Cook & stir until boiling
  6. Serve hot
  7. Pour over chicken or dip chicken in sauce and enjoy

Super-simple yet delicious.
