Roast Beef and Pepper-Jackwich

  • Roast Beef
  • Monterrey Pepper-jack cheese slices
  • Whitewheat bread
  • Guilden's spice brown mustard
  • Red onion slices
  • Country Crock butter
  1. Spread butter on bread and grill (add more to the pan as needed)
  2. Stack ingredients until cheese melts
  3. Flatten sandwich with spatula and cut in half
