Chicken Curry Layered Salad

  • 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken (or turkey or tuna)
  • shredded lettuce
  • favorite salad ingredients
  • 3 cups Hellman's Real Mayo
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 2 tsp or so curry powder
  • 3 cups croutons
  1. Layer lettuce and salad ingredients
  2. Combine mayo, sugar and curry
  3. Mix well
  4. Spread over salad and cover
  5. Refrigerate overnight
  6. Top with croutons and serve

(Serves 12. Perfect for hot Summer days!)
