Green Goddess Sauce (for stuffed fried shrooms)

  • 2 3oz packages cream cheese
  • 3 T milk
  • 2 T finely snipped chives
  • 1 T snipped parsley
  • 1 t finely chopped onion
  • 1 t anchovy paste
  • Mushroom Caps
  1. Blend softened cream cheese and milk
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Hollow out mushrooms and fill with goddess goodness
  5. Batter caps and deep-fry
