Green Goddess Sauce (for stuffed fried shrooms)
Sunday, July 31, 2011 at 11:58PM - 2 3oz packages cream cheese
- 3 T milk
- 2 T finely snipped chives
- 1 T snipped parsley
- 1 t finely chopped onion
- 1 t anchovy paste
- Mushroom Caps
- Blend softened cream cheese and milk
- Add remaining ingredients
- Mix well
- Hollow out mushrooms and fill with goddess goodness
- Batter caps and deep-fry
