Crusty Oven Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepper
  • 2 cans new potatoes (small red ones)
  • salt/pepper
  • pimiento (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  1. Sauté onion and pepper in butter
  2. Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine and sprinkle on top
  3. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
