Sour Cream Cucumbers

  • 2-3 cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • 8oz sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 TBS salt
  1. Cover cucs with ice water and salt
  2. Drain well and dry thoroughly
  3. Add sour cream, lemon juice & salt/pepper to taste
  4. Chill thoroughly
