Paprika Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, split in half
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika and chicken broth
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 8oz sour cream
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • dry white wine (optional)
  1. Broil chicken breasts in oil in a skillet
  2. Stir in salt, pepper and paprika
  3. Blend to coat onion and garlic, cover and cook over low heat until tender (about 45 minutes)
  4. Remove chicken to serving platter.
  5. Combine flour and sour cream, add sauce to skillet
  6. Stir until thickened
  7. Add a little white wine if desired
  8. Serve as gravy/sauce over chicken
