Paprika Chicken

2 chicken breasts, split in half- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- paprika and chicken broth
- 2 TBS flour
- 8oz sour cream
- olive or vegetable oil
- dry white wine (optional)
- Broil chicken breasts in oil in a skillet
- Stir in salt, pepper and paprika
- Blend to coat onion and garlic, cover and cook over low heat until tender (about 45 minutes)
- Remove chicken to serving platter.
- Combine flour and sour cream, add sauce to skillet
- Stir until thickened
- Add a little white wine if desired
- Serve as gravy/sauce over chicken
