Tortilla Soup 

Ingredients

  • One 12.5oz and one 5oz Tyson Chunk (white) Chicken, drained and shredded
  • 14.5 can diced tomatoes (Del Monte zesty mild with green chilies)
  • 19oz El Paso Enchilada Sauce
  • Pre-diced yellow onion
  • 4oz green chilies
  • About 4 cloves worth of pre-minced garlic (Christopher Ranch)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 10.5 cans chicken broth
  • Cumin and chili powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can Green Giant Niblets
  • Toppings as desired (I add cheddar, Texas Pete and sour cream)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and heat through
  2. Add toppings
  3. Yumalish :-)
