Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- One 12.5oz and one 5oz Tyson Chunk (white) Chicken, drained and shredded
- 14.5 can diced tomatoes (Del Monte zesty mild with green chilies)
- 19oz El Paso Enchilada Sauce
- Pre-diced yellow onion
- 4oz green chilies
- About 4 cloves worth of pre-minced garlic (Christopher Ranch)
- 2 cups water
- 2 10.5 cans chicken broth
- Cumin and chili powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can Green Giant Niblets
- Toppings as desired (I add cheddar, Texas Pete and sour cream)
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and heat through
- Add toppings
- Yumalish :-)
