Easy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli (chopped or florets)
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
- Croutons as a topper (I use Texas Toast cheese and garlic)
- Partially cook broccoli in boiling water until tender.
- Meanwhile, combine soup and cheese and heat until melty.
- Drain the broccoli and mix with soup/cheese in an oven-safe dish.
- Add croutons.
- Bake @ 350º until it looks done.
- Don't let the croutons burn! (making veggies tasty!)
