Easy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli (chopped or florets)
  • 1  can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • Croutons as a topper (I use Texas Toast cheese and garlic)
  1. Partially cook broccoli in boiling water until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, combine soup and cheese and heat until melty.
  3. Drain the broccoli and mix with soup/cheese in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Add croutons.
  5. Bake @ 350º until it looks done.
  6. Don't let the croutons burn! (making veggies tasty!)
