Sugar Snaps on the Side

Ingredients

  • Sugar Snap Peas (I buy them frozen in a bag)
  • Butter or Oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Minced Garlic (I use Christopher Ranch's in the little jar)
  • Pimiento from a jar

   1. Sauté the veggies in the butter or oil and add salt/pepper.
   2. Add garlic and pimiento.
   3. Done when no longer crisp. (Making veggies tasty!)
