Simple Squash & Onion Side

Ingredients

  • Yellow squash and/or zuccini cut lenthwise (about 3"t x .5"w)
  • Diced white onion
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (or Vegetable oil or butter)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Parmesean Cheese
  1. Sauté the veggies in the oil or butter and add salt/pepper.
  2. Once cooked add a little lemon juice.
  3. Top with the Parmesean Cheese. (Making veggies tasty!)
