Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Neese's hot sausage
  • 1 lb. Velvetta cheese
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomato & Green Chilies
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and drain well 
  2. Put all ingredients into large pot, breaking the cheese into chunks
  3. Cool slowly until cheese melts completely
