Killer Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 32oz package frozen Oreida Southern Style Hash Browns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 8oz carton sour cream
  • 3 cups corn flakes (yes, the cereal)

Directions

  1. Let hash browns come to room temperature. Place in 9x13" casserole dish.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over hash browns. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with the melted butter.
  3. Cook at 350º for 45 minutes. (Freezes well.)
