Killer Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 32oz package frozen Oreida Southern Style Hash Browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 12oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 8oz carton sour cream
- 3 cups corn flakes (yes, the cereal)
Directions
- Let hash browns come to room temperature. Place in 9x13" casserole dish.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour over hash browns. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with the melted butter.
- Cook at 350º for 45 minutes. (Freezes well.)
