Arti-dip Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup mayo (Hellman's only IMO)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 package Zesty Italian dressing (powdered)
  • 1 1/2 12oz packages cream cheese
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 8oz parmesean cheese
  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. Cut up arti-♥'s and mix with garlic. Mix in mayo, lemon juice, Italian dressing, cream and parm cheeses.
  2. Bake in oven @ 425º for 25 minutes. Scoop out the middle of the round bread loaf.
  3. Pour the heated dip into the remaining bread and top with mozzarella.
  4. Put back into the oven until the cheese melts. (Use excess bread to dip with.)
