Shrimp Destin

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2lbs. shrimp; peeled and de-veined
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dried whole dillweed
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh pasely
  • french rolls split lengthwise and toasted
  1. Sauté onions & garlic in butter until tender
  2. Add shrimp, lemon juice, wine, salt/pepper; and cook over medium about 5 minutes while stirring
  3. Stir in dillweed and parsely
  4. Spoon shrimp and mixture over toasted rolls and serve

Note regarding the photo:

(I screwed up and added a 1/4 cup parsely instead of one tablespoon but it turned out fine and tasty anyway.)
