Shrimp Destin

- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup butter
- 2lbs. shrimp; peeled and de-veined
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp dried whole dillweed
- 1 Tablespoon white wine
- 1 tsp chopped fresh pasely
- french rolls split lengthwise and toasted
- Sauté onions & garlic in butter until tender
- Add shrimp, lemon juice, wine, salt/pepper; and cook over medium about 5 minutes while stirring
- Stir in dillweed and parsely
- Spoon shrimp and mixture over toasted rolls and serve
Note regarding the photo:
(I screwed up and added a 1/4 cup parsely instead of one tablespoon but it turned out fine and tasty anyway.)
