Fried Zucchini

- A couple of zucchinis, sliced lenthwise
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Onion Ring Coating Batter
- 1000 Island Dressing, mixed with Tobasco to taste for dipping
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Follow instructions as if the zucchini were onion rings
- I screwed up and made the oil too hot, which meant the zucc's weren't cooked enough, etc.
- Next time I'll roll with a conservative, slow 4 on the stove in terms of the oil.
- Yep, deep fried is super-fat-ass and bad. But I missed the State Fair. As always.
